1   质保期内服务承诺:

1.1 我公司严格遵守《中华人民共和国合同法》,履行自己的责任。

1.2 质保期内如发现与合同规定不符合或由于我方责任造成产品损坏或不能正常工作时,我方将第一时间负责免费维修,无法修复则更换有瑕疵的备件。

1.3 质保期内,对故障保修的响应,在接到买方通知的2小时内予以答复并作出处理意见,如需现场解决,保证24小时内到达现场修理,相关维修连续进行,直至故障完全修复为止。

1.4 质保期内我公司至少保证两次不限任何形式的产品质量调查或回访,以了解产品的运行状况。

1.5 免费提供技术培训,交货后现场一次技术培训。

2   质保期外服务承诺:

2.1 质保期外如需要维修或维护,卖方可派技术人员到现场免费指导,如需要更换备品备件,只收取成本费用。

2.2 质保期外,我公司将进行不定期、不限任何形式产品跟踪活动,为用户发现问题,解决问题。

2.3 保修期满以后,报价人提供24小时应急服务,对设备终身以最优惠的价格提供配件和技术维修服务。

3   长期服务承诺:

3.1 随时免费提供热线技术咨询解答,如若电话未能解答,我们将提供免费现场及时限时指导。外地根据具体情况,第一时间到达,以良好的服务为宗旨,以最快的速度提出解决方案。

3.2公司长期以优惠的价格为用户提供备品备件。

4   其它:

4.1 公司开通24小时热线电话:18922315850,在收到报修电话后2个小时内答复。

4.2 所有服务人员在为用户提供现场服务时,必须统一着装或配带胸卡,携带必备工具。服务人员要求礼貌待人,随时答复客户疑难问题。

4.3 不得以任何理由拒绝用户的合理要求或索要财物,违者按公司有关规定进行处罚。
